1) Station Building
AREX Incheon International Airport Station has bigger and wider platform as compared to other Airport Railroad AREX stations. Therefore, you will find the information board that shows you where your current location is at the platform. For passengers who are carrying big luggage, you can use the elevator in this station.

When you take the escalator to go up, you will meet AREX Spee and Nareu. Next to them, there is a signboard showing you where the Airport Railroad AREX train track is.

If you turn at the corner, you will be able to see ATM and ticket gate. Passengers who use the Airport Railroad AREX commutation ticket may use the special card tag machine.

For the ATM at Airport Railroad AREX All Stop Train ticket gate area, it is possible to make transaction (deposit and withdrawal) in foreign currency. However, the ATM at Airport Railroad AREX Express Train area is only available for transaction in Korean Won (KRW).

It is easy to find this convenient store because it is located next to the escalator. Immediate Tax Refund is available for purchases worth KRW30,000 - KRW199,999. Kindly prepare your passport, as you will need to show them in order to receive tax refund.

For AREX Express Train, there is a ticket vending machine outside the ticket gate as well. As it is different from AREX All Stop Train, if you need any help, you may ask the staff at the customer information center which is located next to it.

There are 2 ticket gates for Airport Railroad AREX Incheon International Airport Station - Blue sign is for AREX All-Stop Train and orange sign is for AREX Express Train (Seoul Station - Incheon International Airport). What are the difference between AREX All-stop train and AREX Express train? If you are taking the AREX Express Train heading to Seoul Station, you need to buy the train ticket separately (Transportation card is not usable). Also, you may transfer to Seoul Subway Line 1 and 4 at Seoul Station later.
